Leda adds hospitality menu to web site

TORONTO (01 November 2013) – Case goods manufacturer Leda Furniture has added a ‘hospitality’ menu tab to the home page of its web site, as part of its efforts to grow sales in that portion of its business.

The web site can be found at www.ledafurniture.com.

In a statement, the family owned and operated producer said its new hospitality page showcases images of case pieces recently manufactured for several hotel projects. The page is divided into four categories including: guest rooms, concierge desks, lobby and common areas, and conference and meeting rooms.

“We have been very fortunate to have worked with several prestigious hotels and casinos in recent years,” Leda president Marco Confalone said. “Being a domestic manufacturer here in Canada gives us an advantage in terms of lead times and a reduced carbon footprint in terms of delivery distance, as well as a savings in delivery costs for the hotels.”

The web site has showcased Leda’s hospitality work before, but it was in a sub-category under the ‘office contract’ menu. Now these projects have their own home page presence.

“We wanted easy access for visitors to find our hospitality work so as to showcase our strong custom capabilities for hotel and institutional case goods,” Confalone said.

Leda has been manufacturing case goods domestically for the hospitality sector for most of their 45 year history and are now showcasing their abilities on their website.

“We are very excited about our updated website and the opportunities it can lead to in terms of future hospitality projects and strengthening our commitment to the hospitality sector,” Confalone said.

This bedroom was recently produced by Leda for a hotal project and is showcased on the company
