Applications and Products of PP Meltblown Nonwovens

Various usage
1. Healthcare industry - medical cloths/workwear
Uses: body coverings, EPP kits, body coverings, surgical gowns, diapers, sterile wraps/wipes/napkins, etc.
2. Home decorative cloths or interlinings
Uses: bed sheets, tablecloths, wall coverings, interlinings, etc.
3. Clothing - the clothes you wear
Uses: shaped cotton, cotton wool, bonded lining, shoe inserts, leather garments, etc.
4. Agricultural cloth
Uses: irrigation cloth, nursery cloth, crop protection cloth, heat-insulating curtains, etc.

7. Medical / N95 masks
Known for its use as a key element in N95 masks and surgical masks, meltblown fabrics are often marketed with a multi-layer construction called SMS construction. It simply means S - first single layer, M - middle meltblown layer and S - outer layer of spunbond fabric layer.
