Tipper Trailers is used for carrying bulk materials like stone, wreck stones, sand,scrap paper,scrap metal,wheat,grain,gravel and any kind of bulk materials. In Tipper Trailers there is a hydraulic cylinder applied by our company that works to lift the whole trailer we can made different loading capacities starting from 24 m3 up to 50 m3 according to customer request with different suspension types . U TYPE TIPPER,ROCK TYPE TIPPER,SIDE TIPPER, are being manufactured with both single tyre and double tyre. It depends on the country regulations and tonnage restrictions. Ghana,nigeria,tanzania,Kenya,Senegal,ivory cost are using DOUBLE TYRE TIPPER but european countries and Russian Federation are using SINGLE TYRE TIPPER.

Our Tipper Semi Trailers have several types;

1. Half pipe or Pool Type Tipper Semi Trailers are usually 24-28 m³ pool body for transport .Body produced with 4 mm sidesa and 4 mm bottom HB 450 quality Hardox or Domex steel .Hydraulic back cover )
2. Box Dump Semi Trailers This type of tipper semi-trailers are for general purpose use in the world. In terms of shape, BOX with the edge support.)
3. Scrap Tipper Semi Trailers This type of tipper semi-trailers have accordion shape side covers which made of strong Hardox steel to be used for scrap transportation purposes.
4. Side Tipping Dump Semi Trailers used for unloading to the side area in different kinf of loads.
