The company has a group of cooperation teams engaged in the Aluminum Ski Poles industry for many years, with dedication, innovation spirit and service awareness, and has established a sound quality control and management system to ensure product quality.

True to G3’s unrelenting commitment to improving the tools and toys that skiers demand for winter backcountry adventures, G3 launched an entirely new and unique line of backcountry poles this fall. Like all the ski and snowboard gear the Canadian manufacturer has refined over the past 18 years in the backcountry, G3’s new Via, Via Carbon, and Fixie ski poles are dialed with the perfect mix of simplicity, light weight, and reliable performance. Delivered with a trekking/snag proof basket option, G3’s new pole collection doesn’t stop where the snow does, bringing value as both a winter and summer offer.

G3 Via and Via Carbon Adjustable Ski Poles
G3 designed the Via and Via Carbon adjustable ski poles from the ground up with every feature a skier might need for big ski touring missions or ski mountaineering adventures, making these lightweight, stiff, durable ski poles indispensable tools in a wide array of situations.

Built with an 18 mm carbon fiber shaft in the upper section and 16 mm carbon fiber shaft in the lower section, G3’s premium ski pole, the Via Carbon is incredibly stiff, durable and lightweight at just 250 g per pole in the short length. The Via, G3’s toughest adjustable ski pole, boasts all the same reliable and effective features as the Via Carbon but it is built with a durable, lightweight 7075 Aluminum upper and lower shaft, weighing 265 g in the short length.

Several features on the Via and Via Carbon make backcountry travel more efficient and easier. The new poles employ G3’s new locking connection system that uses an offset cam for a reliable, secure adjustment with minimal closure pressure. Binding heel lifters and ski boot buckles can be adjusted with ease thanks to the QuickFlick Utility Tab. The hard plastic eyelet on the grip also yields an attachment point for drying gloves or attaching tent lines.

The poles come with asymmetric powder baskets that use an off-center connection to reduce drag and eliminate the cantilever effect in hard pack snow or while doing kick turns on steep terrain. The multi-use poles feature carbide tips that provide long-term durability and grip securely on ice and rock.

G3 made comfort and ergonomics a priority when designing the Via and Via Carbon with features such as a lightweight sidehill grip that offers a lower hand position for sidehill touring. The yoke shaped polypropylene strap uses a form fitting material that wraps to support the hand and evenly distributes weight across the palm. The strap is comfortable, adjustable and connected to an innovative clip that makes it easily removable for backcountry skiing or tree skiing. The dual density ergonomic grip is shaped for comfort with a sensory ridge to increase grip precision.

The Via and Via Carbon adjustable ski poles are true work horses that are ready for many seasons of backcountry adventures, from winter skiing missions to summer backpacking trips. Via and Via Carbon Poles are available in short (95 – 125 cm) and long (115 – 145 cm) lengths.

G3 Fixie Ski Pole (Fixed Length)
The Fixie is G3’s answer to guides’ and freeriders’ demands for a simple, robust, lightweight and reliable pole, ideal for both backcountry and resort skiing.

This durable one-piece fixed length aluminum pole boasts all the same reliable and effective features and ergonomic details as the Via and Via Carbon. The QuickFlick Utility Tab makes for easy binding heel lifter and boot adjustments, asymmetric powder baskets reduce drag and eliminate the cantilever effect, and carbide tips provide long-term durability and grip securely on ice and rock.

The Fixie offers comfort and ergonomics as well.

The Fixie is G3’s lightest ski pole and is available in 110, 115, 120, 125, 130 and 135 mm lengths. Weight: 250 g per pole.
