How our proofing process works

Premier proofs are sent via e-mail once we have your artwork prepared, Proofs are emailed within 1 hour during business hours. We also have graphic designers working evenings and weekends. • Gives all aspects of the printed logo, size, colors and any additional specifications.
  • Once you have checked your proof, please reply to the same email with approval or any changes you wish to make.

Tent imprint / graphic size

You may request your graphic to be a certain size. If not specified we will maximize your graphic size and center it on each panel of the product. The size of the imprint will be identified on the proof for your reference. The printable area is the entire tent.

Can I get test prints?

Sometimes the need arises to have a smaller print finished prior to the production run being green-lighted. In these instances, we can offer a couple of different things for you.

  1. We can complete what we call a color strike. If color match is your concern and not sure of the Pantone color code, you may send us a sample that has the exact color that you are needing to replicate. We will match it to the sample and send you a color strike to select from. We charge a nominal fee for this service.
  2. If you do need a full printed tent sample, we can print one, and once approved, print the remaining logo tents.

Acceptable art files

Artwork for printing needs to be supplied in specific formats to ensure the highest quality finished product. We have detailed all of the specifications below. If you're not sure what files you have at your disposal or if you have no artwork in the files listed, we urge you to contact our digital art department. A member of our team will gladly assist you.

Acceptable art formats

  • Adobe Illustrator CC (earlier versions are acceptable) Save as .ai, .eps, .pdf
  • Adobe Photoshop CC (earlier versions are acceptable) Save as .pds .tiff
  • Adobe InDesign CC (earlier versions are acceptable) Save as .indd
  • We can print from a .PNG file as long as the .PNG is at full size and a minimum150 Dpi.

Art file details

All fonts and text must be converted to vector-based outlines. The resolution for the source image must be at least 150 dpi at full size (the size the image needs to be for the finished product). Identify Pantone coated colors in the graphic. All images must be in separate layers. Include any embedded or linked files.

Color matching

For spot color images we strongly encourage the use of the Pantone Matching System number as a reference color point. For 4 color process where there is no Pantone color assigned or for photographic images, please submit a copy for us to reference. When ordering a digitally printed tent please note we will guarantee an industry-acceptable color match.

Can you print photos?

We can print high-quality photographic images in detail, exactly as the photograph. When sending us a photo, please ensure that each image is at least 150 DPI at full size, any resolution less than that is not print quality.

We do have some color restrictions. We do not at this time print neon colors nor do we print true metallic colors, although we do have good gold and silver replication without metallic. If you are unsure about color replication we can do a test print.

I have my artwork in a .JPEG or .BMP will that work?

The reason we need your artwork / logo in a print-ready file is so that when we expand the image it retains its clarity. Most images used on a computer today do not need to be enlarged so the clarity is not an issue. However, when printing we need to retain crystal clear clarity and lines regardless of the sizing, this is why we need vector images. .JPEG or .BMP files are not high resolution, print ready. If using these files, they must be at least 150 dpi resolution, ideally 300 dpi. We can create a high-resolution or vector image from any artwork provided.

I need my artwork/logo converted to a print-ready vector format. Do you provide the service?

We will convert any artwork into a print-ready format to use for both now and any future printing. The cost is only $29.95. and completed in 24 hours or $39.95 for 2 hour rush conversion.

Any questions regarding art files, call us at (800) 937-1159 from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Washing instructions

  • Your fabric graphic cannot be machine washed. Remove any hardware attached to the fabric prior to cleaning. Spot clean using mild soap and cool water. Air dry fabric, dry on frame if frame is available
  • Do not bleach.
  • Fabric must be completely dry prior to storing.
  • Do not dry clean.

Treating Stains

  • Treat stain on fabric. Remove as much debris as possible with a soft bristle brush. Do not rub too hard.
  • Use a clean, lint-free white cloth. Lightly pat the stain from the outside moving in to keep the stain from spreading.
  • If a cleaning solution is used, rinse the area well with water to ensure no solution is left on the fabric.
  • Most stains can be treated with household fabric stain removers. It is always important to test how the solution will react to the fabric. This can be tested by dabbing the solution to a small corner of the fabric.

Tips

  • Wrinkles or creases can be removed with cool iron or steamer. Many trade show exhibitors take a steamer to the event and once the tent is setup, then they touched it up with a steamer for a crisp, perfect look.
  • Fabric should not be stored when damp or wet. Store in cool, dry area.
  • For storing graphics please remove from plastic packaging that was provided and keep fabric in cool/dry place.
