Casing head and tubing head

Casing head is mainly used to fix the wellhead of the drilling well, connect the downhole casing string, and reliably seal and control the annular space between the casings.

It is an important component of oil &gas wellhead equipment in the oilfield.

1).Structural features

The pressure bearing shell is made of forged alloy steel with high strength, few defects and high pressure bearing capacity.

The mandrel hanger is made of forgings, which leads to high bearing capacity and reliable sealing.

All metal parts of slip hanger are made of forged alloy steel. The slip teeth are carburized and quenched. The unique tooth shape design has the characteristics of reliable operation and high bearing strength.

The valve equipped adopts a non-rising stem, which has small switching torque and convenient operation.

The slip type hanger and mandrel type hanger can be interchanged.

The casing hanging mode: slip type, thread type and sliding welding type.

2).Casing head type：

Single stage thread type: it can process all kinds of casing thread and connected with the surface casing through the pin*pin nipple, which is quick and convenient to install. The production casing can be suspended by mandrel or slip.

Split double stage type: it can hang three layers of casing, the surface casing can be threaded or sliding into welding type, and the technical casing and production casing can be of slip type or mandrel type.

Slip type bottom connection casing head: the upper locking screw is used to make the slip tooth clamp the surface casing. And BT type casing sealing ring is provided, which is firmly connected, convenient and reliable.

3). Casing head auxiliary tools

Wearing bush

Wearing bush is mainly used to prevent the casing head and the inner cavity sealing surface of cross from damage by drilling tools during drilling operation.

On-going tools

Used to take out the Wearing bush.

Pressure test plug

The pressure test plug is located on the inner shoulder of the casing head spool and tests the tightness of the BOP, drilling spool and casing head through the drill pipe.
