The Act directs the Commission to administer procurement processes for two Project Sectors for an aggregate amount of 125 MW for the commercial or institutional sector (C/I Project Sector) and 250 MW for the shared distributed generation sector (Shared DG sector), over five procurement rounds each with a target procurement amount of 20% of the aggregate target amount for each of the two Project Sectors.
A resource may participate in this procurement either as a Shared DG Resource or as a C/I Project Resource.2.3. Contract Products Pursuant to the Act, Chapter 312 and the Standard Form Contracts, selected Bidders will convey to the Standard Buyer all the output of a distributed generation resource, including energy, capacity, renewable energy certificates and all other environmental attributes and market products that are available or may become available from a distributed generation resource.

Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.
Project means specific activities of the Grantee that are supported by funds provided under this Contract.
New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.
Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

Redevelopment project means a specific construction project
The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;
Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.
The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.
Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.
Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.
Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works, facilities related to the collection, transportation, and treatment of wastewater as defined in KRS 65.8903, distribution facilities, or water resources projects instituted by a governmental agency or an investor-owned water utility which is approved by the authority and, if required, by the Energy and Environment Cabinet, Public Service Commission, or other agency; solid waste projects; dams; storm water control and treatment systems; gas or electric utility; broadband deployment project; or any other public utility or public service project which the authority finds would assist in carrying out the purposes set out in KRS 224A.300;
The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
Large project means, for purposes of the Soft Cost Ratio limitation in Section 3.F, a Project with more than 24 Housing Credit units.
Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are planned and designed to provide service for a particular development project and that are necessary for the use and convenience of the occupants or users of the project, and are not system improvements. No improvement or facility included in the city’s transportation facilities plan or transportation improvement plan approved by the city council shall be considered a project improvement.
The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.
Residential Project means a portfolio of Residential Systems owned directly or indirectly by a Contributed Company.
The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Procuring Entity, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier's tender. The “Agreed Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Procuring Entity, in accordance with GCC Clause
Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.
Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
Commercial project means any project, including, but not
Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
